I finished up one of Sue's Punchfit classes determined to become fitter and build up more stamina. With such an intense class - I was expecting the next day to be filled with the usual groans and muscle fatigue. But i was lucky enough to spend some time with Sue after the class, and she introduced me to ChiBall. Sceptical about immediate results, I looked to the next hour with optimism. The results of the ChiBall session were instant. Throughout the hour - and what felt like twenty minutes - I experienced an intense calmness as Sue walked me through some breathing and posture exercises designed using the ChiBall. I left TopMarx Training with an incredible amount fo energy adn peace. With all honesty - the next day began with such a freshness that I had not felt in years. I know that I had been eating healthy and exercising regularly for some time - and I thought that I was feeling as good as my body would allow. I discovered that with Sue and TopMarx Training, I really could feel much better for life. ChiBall is now a regular part of my exercise routine.

It's easy to make up excuses not to exercise but training with Sue makes that unnecessary. Her group sessions are dynamic and fun, whether with people you know or with people you soon get to know. We work hard but have a laugh too. I have trained with Sue for six months in a group circuit class, in which she always ensures we are exercising to our capabilities as well as toward our individual goals. She's always found an alternative exercise when I have to confess to yet another injury or sore spot. I highly recommend Sue's group exercise sessions and look forward to continuing to work out with Sue.

I had been suffering from headaches, shoulder, neck and back pain for just over a month and to ease my pain I was needing Ibuprofen to manage and get through each day (I generally avoid taking tablets). I engaged Sue to possibly help with some Reiki. As she began, I felt peaceful as she touched each part of my body where I felt pain. I slept well that night for the first time in a long time, and the next day all the symptoms had eased and I no longer had any headaches. I felt so relieved and more energised and no longer needed Ibuprofen. I highly recommend Sue for Reiki. Thank you Sue

I have never had a Reiki Session before, and Sue immediately made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. As time went by, I started to feel that Sue's gentle touch was simulataneously on many areas of my body, which was deeply relaxing and pleasant. I also felt quite a lot of warmth in my arms, which was lovely as I generally feel chilly. My feeling of calmness lasted throughout the day and I slept particularly well that night. My reason for having Reiki was to help with a health issue and I'm delighted to say that although I was informed it could take between 6 and 12 months to clear up, I'm already much improved after only a couple of months. I would highly recommend seeing Sue for her professional, intuitive and positive approach.

Previously I had not been keen to join a gym environment but I find her home setting and with Sue’s gentle and knowledgeable coaching, it has been very enjoyable. Sue is always studying further and doing courses to further her knowledge in all aspects of health and fitness. She treats each person individually regarding previous injury, fitness level and what they are comfortable with, adjusting the program as needed. The equipment and environment are clean and comfortable and the small group company is friendly and fun. I have found it a good balance of cardio/toning & strengthening of core. Sue has always been willing to share advice or follow up on any concerns or with extra information by email outside of class. I have been doing a weekly circuit class with Sue for around 7 months now and am still really enjoying it.I love that the class is different every week and the way Sue tailors every exercise to suit the individual. I took part in one of her Punchfit classes and thoroughly enjoyed that too - I was surprised how aerobic it was.
