To put it simply, Sue and TopMarx has changed my life. Sue has helped me with both my diet and exercise and through her Keep Fit and Punchfit classes I have discovered a passion for exercise and healthy living. Sue's classes are fun, engaging and most importantly personalised. She knows her clients goals and abilities and has worked with me to achieve more than I could ever have imagined. I recommend them to anyone of any fitness level as Sue is ace at having us all feeling fit for life!

I had no idea what to expect.  It was so relaxing and peaceful.

I recently attended one of Sue's ChiBall classes and thoroughly enjoyed the different type of exercise and look forward to doing another soon. The mixture of dance like movement, yoga and meditation makes you feel great and like you could cope with anything. Definitely a class to do if you have finally decided to find some 'Me' time!

I cannot express enough gratitude to Sue for all she has done for me. Sue makes each person in the class feel unique and valuable.

It's easy to make up excuses not to exercise but training with Sue makes that unnecessary. Her group sessions are dynamic and fun, whether with people you know or with people you soon get to know. We work hard but have a laugh too. I have trained with Sue for six months in a group circuit class, in which she always ensures we are exercising to our capabilities as well as toward our individual goals. She's always found an alternative exercise when I have to confess to yet another injury or sore spot. I highly recommend Sue's group exercise sessions and look forward to continuing to work out with Sue.

I had been suffering from headaches, shoulder, neck and back pain for just over a month and to ease my pain I was needing Ibuprofen to manage and get through each day (I generally avoid taking tablets). I engaged Sue to possibly help with some Reiki. As she began, I felt peaceful as she touched each part of my body where I felt pain. I slept well that night for the first time in a long time, and the next day all the symptoms had eased and I no longer had any headaches. I felt so relieved and more energised and no longer needed Ibuprofen. I highly recommend Sue for Reiki. Thank you Sue

I have never had a Reiki Session before, and Sue immediately made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. As time went by, I started to feel that Sue's gentle touch was simulataneously on many areas of my body, which was deeply relaxing and pleasant. I also felt quite a lot of warmth in my arms, which was lovely as I generally feel chilly. My feeling of calmness lasted throughout the day and I slept particularly well that night. My reason for having Reiki was to help with a health issue and I'm delighted to say that although I was informed it could take between 6 and 12 months to clear up, I'm already much improved after only a couple of months. I would highly recommend seeing Sue for her professional, intuitive and positive approach.

I am a client of Sue's and have no hesitation in recommending her. Sue has given me the motivation and commitment I need to achieve my fitness goals. Attending a weekly session with Sue keeps me on track and focussed to do other fitness work on my own. She is friendly, approachable and passionate. I have thoroughly enjoyed being part of Sue’s circuit classes for over 5 years. Previously I had not been keen to join a gym environment but I find her home setting and with Sue’s gentle and knowledgeable coaching, it has been very enjoyable. Sue is always studying further and doing courses to further her knowledge in all aspects of health and fitness. She treats each person individually regarding previous injury, fitness level and what they are comfortable with, adjusting the program as needed. The equipment and environment are clean and comfortable and the small group company is friendly and fun. I have found it a good balance of cardio/toning & strengthening of core. Sue has always been willing to share advice or follow up on any concerns or with extra information by email outside of class. I have been attending Sue’s TopMarx Teen Circuit classes for about 4 years now and they have become a part of my lifestyle now! Sue always makes fitness a positive experience each week I go and I have learnt so much from her passion on having a healthy balanced lifestyle. The classes Sue runs are very fun, but at the same time you are exercising which makes it perfect! Sue is fabulous! The fact that we have a lot in common running a household of five (mainly boys) and being passionate about fitness and health is only the beginning. Fitness at TopMarx is fun and a great thing to do after a long day at school. It gets me motivated to keep healthy and fit. TopMarx has given me an opportunity to socialise with friends that also come as well.

I have been doing a weekly circuit class with Sue for around 7 months now and am still really enjoying it.I love that the class is different every week and the way Sue tailors every exercise to suit the individual. I took part in one of her Punchfit classes and thoroughly enjoyed that too - I was surprised how aerobic it was. I am feeling much fitter and stronger and have lost kilos and centimetres that just wouldn't budge before. Thanks Sue!

Thank you so much for doing online classes for us Sue -  it really helps during lockdown on a deep level to maintain this connection. I am really enjoying the classes too - they are different again and you are a very engaging presenter who makes the class fun and interactive but still huffy puffy!

9 months later after her first half marathon . . . Thanks so much for being there on the journey with me. All your encouragements and help were vital to me very successful and enjoyable first half marathon!

Sue is an amazing Personal Trainer and her home Studio environment is just perfect for those who want to avoid cold and noisy gyms. Sue is nurturing and one of the most caring persons I know and when we train, she attends to each and every need.  Everything is tailored and fun, and the sessions go so fast.  The sessions are holistic as Sue draws on her knowledge and experience in all sorts of areas, to suit the need of the moment, from nutrition, tai-chi, pilates, boxing and of course all traditional gym equipment and exercises. I've found ChiBall to be a delightful class - wonderful outdoor exercises (weather permitting!) followed by deep relaxation techniques. I just float out afterwards with such a great feeling of calm and happiness.

I have enjoyed my Pilates sessions and have really got a lot out of them. It was nice to do something for myself each week and it felt good to be choosing something that would make me strong and healthy. Thank you. Anonymous

I always feel energised after a PunchFit class. A group class but it feels like your own personal training session. Sue checks individual techniques and suggests improvements. (Unlike another fitness club I trialled, I was not even asked if I had boxed before).
