BOXING


Boxing offers many physiological and psychological benefits – as well as increasing self discipline and self confidence it can increase agility, speed, co-ordination, endurance and strength. Fat burning and calorie expenditure are high.

Boxing can be a high intensity workout as you work your core, upper and lower body. You are constantly on the move. You firstly learn the different ways to punch, you then incorporate footwork – ducks, weaves, slips in between punches. Feel the complete workout your cardiovascular and endurance system undergoes.

Group boxing classes are more popular in the warmer months so classes may not always be listed on BOOK A CLASS. If you are interested, please ENQUIRE as a new class may be formed.
