CIRCUIT TRAINING

Train in a small group (approx 6) in my Private studio, using a variety of cardio and strength equipment, and various accessories.  If you are new to exercise no need to fear, you’ll be guided and motivated every step of the way as this is a fully supervised session.  Build confidence, and have fun exercising in a social and safe environment. The full body exercise program varies from session to session. Most exercises are functional and use many muscles groups which assist you in your day to day activities. We take time towards the end to isolate and focus strengthening your core muscle group (as I’m a Pilates trainer too).

By committing to your Circuit session attendance, you will begin to notice improvements with your overall strength and fitness, your muscle tone, balance, agility, flexibility and core strength.

Correct technique is taught and encouraged, you work safely to your level, not to your class mates.
