Pilates gives overall body conditioningbut focuses on core strength, corrects muscle imbalances and posture. Also stretches and relaxes tight muscles. Accessories to further progress such as balls, bands and Pilates rings are optional. We alternate every week ChiBall Season/Pilates Stretch.
