CIRCUIT TRAINING
Training in a small group (max of 6) is not only more affordable, but you get to know your classmates so they can be sociable and fun. The exercise choice varies each session therefore you keep getting results. Most exercises are functional and use many muscles groups which assist you in your day to day activities. Towards the end of the session we have floor time to isolate and further strengthen your inner and outer core muscles. If you remain committed to attending weekly Circuit sessions, you will begin to notice improvements not only with your strength and fitness, but also to your muscle tone, balance, agility, flexibility and core strength. Correct technique is taught and encouraged, you work safely to your body’s level, not to your class mates.
Circuit Class suits all ages and both genders.
Separate classes for Kids Keep Fit (10-14yrs); Teens Keep Fit.
