CIRCUIT TRAINING

Training in a small group (max of 6) is not only more affordable, but you get to know your classmates so they can be sociable and fun. The exercise choice varies each session therefore you keep getting results. Most exercises are functional and use many muscles groups which assist you in your day to day activities. Towards the end of the session we have floor time to isolate and further strengthen your inner and outer core muscles. If you remain committed to attending weekly Circuit sessions, you will begin to notice improvements not only with your strength and fitness, but also to your muscle tone, balance, agility, flexibility and core strength. Correct technique is taught and encouraged, you work safely to your body’s level, not to your class mates.

Circuit Class suits all ages and both genders.

Separate classes for Kids Keep Fit (10-14yrs); Teens Keep Fit.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING


Your goal is my goal’ and as your Personal Trainer, my focus is to make these sessions ALL ABOUT YOU!

Is your aim to lose weight, or do you wish to increase strength, muscle tone, balance, flexibility, agility, fitness or wellness? If so, then I will provide a fun and varied workout based on your individual needs to meet your goal. I adapt the programs based on your likes and levels of satisfaction. Sessions are kept challenging as your fitness improves!

I tailor each exercise and intensity to your level. I teach you the exercises using correct technique. I’m at your side to motivate you and at times I will assist (spot) with particular exercises – another benefit of having a Personal Trainer at your side!

CHIBALL


This is a beautiful choreographed class suitable for both genders, all ages and all levels.

ChiBall® is practiced whilst holding a colourful and aromatic air-filled ChiBall®.

ChiBall® trims, tones and detoxifies your body which promotes weight loss and improves posture, strength and flexibility. It releases tension and stiffness throughout your muscles and joints, boosts your immune system, improves breathing, lung capacity and circulation. ChiBall® enhances concentration, balance and co-ordination.

A teens muscular-skeletal system needs special care, so a well supervised and safe session is what is required here. We get all the muscle groups working well without the danger of using heavy weights.

BOXING


Boxing offers many physiological and psychological benefits – as well as increasing self discipline and self confidence it can increase agility, speed, co-ordination, endurance and strength. Fat burning and calorie expenditure are high.

Boxing can be a high intensity workout as you work your core, upper and lower body. You are constantly on the move. You firstly learn the different ways to punch, you then incorporate footwork – ducks, weaves, slips in between punches. Feel the complete workout your cardiovascular and endurance system undergoes.

Group boxing classes are more popular in the warmer months so classes may not always be listed on BOOK A CLASS. If you are interested, please ENQUIRE as a new class may be formed.
