Your goal is my goal’ and as your Personal Trainer, my focus is to make these sessions ALL ABOUT YOU!
Is your aim to lose weight, or do you wish to increase strength, muscle tone, balance, flexibility, agility, fitness or wellness? If so, then I will provide a fun and varied workout based on your individual needs to meet your goal. I adapt the programs based on your likes and levels of satisfaction. Sessions are kept challenging as your fitness improves!
I tailor each exercise and intensity to your level. I teach you the exercises using correct technique. I’m at your side to motivate you and at times I will assist (spot) with particular exercises – another benefit of having a Personal Trainer at your side!
