I have been attending Sue’s TopMarx Teen Circuit classes for about 4 years now and they have become a part of my lifestyle now! Sue always makes fitness a positive experience each week I go and I have learnt so much from her passion on having a healthy balanced lifestyle. The classes Sue runs are very fun, but at the same time you are exercising which makes it perfect! I am so grateful for TopMarx because it has made me have a more healthy, positive approach to exercise, and after each class I have with Sue, I come out feeling de-stressed, refreshed and 100% happier!! Thank you so much Sue keep up the amazing work!

Sue is fabulous! The fact that we have a lot in common running a household of five (mainly boys) and being passionate about fitness and health is only the beginning. She sets me up for the week, keeps me motivated and best of all tells me what to do! She also has lots of faith and is always positive and happy. Thank goodness for our weekly sessions! Thanks Sue!

Fitness at TopMarx is fun and a great thing to do after a long day at school. It gets me motivated to keep healthy and fit. TopMarx has given me an opportunity to socialise with friends that also come as well.

I have been doing a weekly circuit class with Sue for around 7 months now and am still really enjoying it.I love that the class is different every week and the way Sue tailors every exercise to suit the individual. I took part in one of her Punchfit classes and thoroughly enjoyed that too - I was surprised how aerobic it was. I am feeling much fitter and stronger and have lost kilos and centimetres that just wouldn't budge before. Thanks Sue!

Thank you so much for doing online classes for us Sue -  it really helps during lockdown on a deep level to maintain this connection. I am really enjoying the classes too - they are different again and you are a very engaging presenter who makes the class fun and interactive but still huffy puffy!

I've found ChiBall to be a delightful class - wonderful outdoor exercises (weather permitting!) followed by deep relaxation techniques. I just float out afterwards with such a great feeling of calm and happiness.

Sue is a Godsend. Not only am I now exercising after a lapse of 15 years or more, but I am actually enjoying it. I am spreading Sue's virtues to whoever will listen. In the few sessions I have done, the classes have all been slightly different and I've lost 1.5kg which I have been battling to do for too long. Thanks Sue

I always feel energised after a PunchFit class. A group class but it feels like your own personal training session. Sue checks individual techniques and suggests improvements. (Unlike another fitness club I trialled, I was not even asked if I had boxed before).

I regularly attend Sue's circuit classes and occasionally I top it up with a ChiBall class. Last week whilst at home, I pulled a muscle in my back. This pain combined with the difficulty I was having with associated breathing difficulty was giving me every excuse to stay at home and miss the ChiBall class that night. I only went along becasue my teen daughter was insisting we go, but I'm so glad I went along with her - by the end of the class not only was I feeling wonderfully relaxed, but my pain had gone completely! I was really surprised as I wasn't expecting the ChiBall class to have that effect as I was just hoping to loosen up. So to be pain free afterwards, go home to have a deep sleep that night, plus also feel fabulous the following day was a great bonus. Thanks Sue!

I love that I feel in better health and physically stronger than I have in many, many years. I continue to be motivated to attend Sue's classes, as a client for over 18 months, as the classes also focus on the journey, as opposed to focusing solely on an 'outcome'. The joy that I gain from Sue's classes are about the small steps in the journey to becoming a healthier self.

I have been going to Sue's classes for over a year and I have been really pleased with my progress. The classes have helped with my other sports as they been focussing on strengthening my core. Sue brings great variety to the sessions from boxing to cardio to weight training. Every session is different and I always leave the class feeling that I have had a great workout.

I finished up one of Sue's Punchfit classes determined to become fitter and build up more stamina. With such an intense class - I was expecting the next day to be filled with the usual groans and muscle fatigue. But i was lucky enough to spend some time with Sue after the class, and she introduced me to ChiBall. Sceptical about immediate results, I looked to the next hour with optimism. The results of the ChiBall session were instant. Throughout the hour - and what felt like twenty minutes - I experienced an intense calmness as Sue walked me through some breathing and posture exercises designed using the ChiBall. I left TopMarx Training with an incredible amount fo energy adn peace. With all honesty - the next day began with such a freshness that I had not felt in years. I know that I had been eating healthy and exercising regularly for some time - and I thought that I was feeling as good as my body would allow. I discovered that with Sue and TopMarx Training, I really could feel much better for life. ChiBall is now a regular part of my exercise routine.

Although I had run a number of marathons as well as swimming and cycling regularly, I had never been trained professionally. Since starting with TopMarx, the targeting training is definitely improving my all round fitness levels.

I have had chronic lower back pain for a number of years now and I was amazed, after attending my first ChiBall class with Sue recently, that for the first time in a long time the pain in my lower back seems to have disappeared . . .

After my first evening ChiBall class I had the best sleep I've had in a couple of years. I found the class to be totally relaxing and rewarding. It went beyond a good night's sleep as the following day I felt extra energised, centred and ready to take on the world. I look forward to feeling the benefits of my weekly ChiBall class - thanks for sharing it with us Sue!

Sue has been intermittently performing LD Reiki on both my husband and myself and the results have been nothing but positive. 

To put it simply, Sue and TopMarx has changed my life. Sue has helped me with both my diet and exercise and through her Keep Fit and Punchfit classes I have discovered a passion for exercise and healthy living. Sue's classes are fun, engaging and most importantly personalised. She knows her clients goals and abilities and has worked with me to achieve more than I could ever have imagined.
